It seems as though there is an extra word placed into each of the riddles. You may want to make a note of these words. By ignoring the words, the rest of the riddle is solvable. (Also, Google is your friend!)
The answers to the riddles are Dog, Dust, Echo, Footsteps, Glass, Hole, Path, Sand, Time, Wine.
The answers are very similar to the extra words placed in other riddles. Make note of the correct letter that these extra words should have to fix them.
Though one letter off, you can find the answer for one riddle within another riddle. That riddle’s answer is within a different riddle. This continues until it creates one long chain using all the riddles. Look within the sequence of letters until you find a starting point that gives an answer.

It looks like they will help in answering the spotlights questions. They are located in the pizza slice box. The images are: Anchor, Oil, Milk, Jack, Taxi, Piano, Elf, Iron, Cart, Dutch, Rod, and Snow.
These numbers will help you pull letters from each answer.
Pull letters out of the answers in question order.
RACCOONWOMAN
A Before and After is a type of wordplay where two common phrases/names that share a word are made to overlap on the shared word. For example, White House + House Fly = White House Fly. Or Olivia Newton John + John Travolta = Olivia Newton John Travolta.
In this puzzle you’ll need to find that middle, overlapped word, given the outer words indicated by the pairs of pictures. For example, if one picture in the pair was a blank white image, and the other was a picture of a fly, the word you’d be looking for is HOUSE, per the example in the previous hint.
